Adult Enrichment and Activities
Intergenerational Faith Night Ever feel like you wanted to explore your faith in a non-dogmatic, progressive context? Ever want to deepen the spiritual discipline of your everyday life?
On Wednesdays, during the school year, we gather at 5:45 p.m. for a meal and fellowship followed by a learning session and discussion. Topics range from scripture study to spiritual growth to matters of social justice. Often our discussion ties in with current events or Sunday's worship themes. At the end of our session we are rejoined by our children and youth for a time of song, led by our fun and talented music director. Nikki.
Adult Choir Meets on Wednesday nights from September to May. Select "Music" tab, on the left, for details.
Care and Concern Committee Members work with our Parish Nurse, Lynn Cook, to provide health and wellness education, outreach and pastoral care. Individual members of the committee may choose to be commissioned by the church as visitors. Commissioned visitors provide friendship, health resources and spiritual support to our members that are homebound or facing issues related to illness, wellness or grief. The committee is open to any interested member.
